Some treatments can include: lifestyle changes; medications (such as ACE inhibitors, diuretics, beta-blockers, and/or cholesterol lowering medications); implantable medical devices (such as an implantable cardioverter-defibrillator), and; surgery (such as a coronary bypass, heart valve replacement or heart transplant).
