What is the purpose of Health&?
Health& aims to help people lead healthier, happier and more rewarding lives. We want you to effortlessly look after yourself and your family’s health through educating and empowering you. The Health& portal is designed for you to safely store and control your family’s health records. Health& will proactively assist you to stay healthy and remind you on when to see your doctor.
Who pays for Health&?
Health& operates through private funding. We are committed to providing impartial and reliable information. There is no conflict of interest in providing these resources. Specifically, we are not funded or affiliated with the pharmaceutical industry. We do not host any form of advertising or use information from users to promote goods and services.
What is the source of Health&’s information?
Health&’s information is extensively researched and evidence-based using high-quality scientific publications, the latest clinical guidelines and industry-leading websites. Health& does not edit licensed health content provided by an external source.
Who reviews the information on Health&?
Health&’s information is rigorously checked and verified by our experienced medical doctors and respected professors on the Medical Advisory Board. All health information is peer-reviewed by a minimum of two reviewers. At least one reviewer has expertise in the specialty area relevant to the condition under review.
Who writes the information on Health&?
Health& has a talented and diverse team of medical journalists, editors, script writers, illustrators, animators, voice-over artists, sound engineers, allied health professionals and doctors who collectively create the information on the website.
How current is the information on Health&?
All health information is created using current international guidelines and practices. The health information undergoes review and update at a minimum of every six months.

Health& was built to Amazon Web Services standards and using ISO 9001 accreditation for “The provision of services relating to the design, development and supply of medically-verified health information".
Why does Health& ask for my email address?
When you create a Health& account we need you to provide an email address to sign in to your account. The email address you provide is our primary mode of communication with you. We also need an email address so we can send your Health& password to you if you ever need to recover it.
What are the password requirements for my Health& account?
Your Health& password must:
At least 1 UPPER case character (A-Z)
At least 1 LOWER case character (a-z)
At least 1 SPECIAL character (!, $, #, @)
At least 1 NUMBER character (0-9)
Must be at least 8 characters
We recommend you use a strong password that is easy for you to remember but hard for others to guess. If you forget your password select "Forgot password?" on the Health& sign in page to create a new one.
I forgot my Health& password, what should I do?
If you have forgotten your password, follow these steps:
1. Select "Forgot password?" on the Health& sign in page
2. Enter your email address
3. Health& will send you an email to reset your password
4. Click the "Reset password" button in the email
5. Create and confirm a new password
If your account is suspended after 5 incorrect login attempts, you will need to wait 5 minutes for the suspension to lift before trying again.
What should I do if my account is suspended?
If your account is suspended, we will tell you with a message on the sign in page after you try to sign in. This can happen due to unsuccessful attempts to enter your password. If your Health& account becomes suspended, you will need to wait 5 minutes before trying again. This is done to protect your account from unauthorised use and to keep your information safe.
What should I do if my email address is not recognised by Health&?
Check your spelling and check that the email address you are using is current for your Health& account. If Health& still doesn't recognise the email address, please contact our customer support team: email@example.com.
How do I opt out of Health& emails?
Preventive health management and related reminders are Health&'s core offering. Unsubscribing from these emails would drastically limit our ability to keep you up-to-date on our medically-verified preventive assessments and upcoming health reminders. However, if you choose to opt out from your and your family's health reminders you can do so by updating notification preferences on the primary user's Account Settings page. Health& also sends health information and wellness emails that can be unsubscribed.
What should I do if I cannot save my reports?
Please make sure your user account has permission to save files on your device. Once you have confirmed that you have permissions to save the file in your desired location, press the download button and save the report.
Why don't my reports print?
To print your report please download the report and save it on your device, the file will be saved by default in pdf (portable document format). Once the report is downloaded, open the file and print it.
