About Health&

Health& is the first health app designed entirely by leading medical professionals. By using intelligent technology to predict preventable health conditions and send personalised digital health information, Health& is here to put you back in control of your health.

Our Story

The idea behind Health& came to life over a decade ago – a vision to reimagine healthcare with a focus on prevention over treatment – supporting healthier, happier, and more fulfilling lives.

Since our inception, our mission is founded on overwhelming evidence that:

  1. modern lifestyles negatively impact our health;
  2. few people participate in prevention;
  3. health promotion is hindered by literature that’s difficult to understand; and
  4. the healthcare marketplace is too complicated for most people.

The importance of our vision was only emphasised during the outbreak of COVID-19. As medical resources were spread thin, more people began looking for alternative, yet credible and professional health care services. In this time of uncertainty, the need for a service like Health& became more apparent than ever.

Healthcare is changing. It’s time to take control.

How we are different

Focus on prevention

The importance of preventive health measures is clearer than ever; 50% of Australians suffer from at least one chronic disease, 67% are overweight or obese and 63% of all GP visits are related to mental health. This burden on our health system is growing with an aging population. Health&’s suite of preventive health services, including medically verified risk factor assessments and early detection reminders, help you stay ahead of preventable health conditions.

Your data is your own

We believe everyone should have complete control over their healthcare data, including the ability to access it anywhere, anytime, without asking for the permission of health professionals.

Centrally control your health

While the healthcare system can seem complex, Health& provides a seamless experience, where everything is available through a single, centrally controlled dashboard.
