CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Richard Bailey leads our in‑house creative team of writers, animators, and illustrators. Richard’s production experience of more than 30 years includes roles with Walt Disney Pictures and Dreamworks Animation.

In conjunction with the Medical Advisors and Chief Medical Officer, Richard’s direction of an extensive in-house creative team of scriptwriters, animators, and illustrators has created our world-class suite of consumer-centric content, underpinned by strong narratives.

Our in-house produced content ensures we have complete quality control over our work and the agility to adapt our creative approach to any new developments in medical practice and health information. Creating and maintaining a large content library of animated short-form medical content requires a high level of oversight, planning, and systematic rigour. Our production processes ensure we provide the world’s most accurate health information for consumers.

About Health&

Health& is a B2B digital‑health content company dedicated to improving population health literacy, strengthening preventive‑care engagement, and enhancing the patient experience at scale. Over more than a decade, Health& has evolved into a performance‑proven content product relied upon across enterprise clinical environments to drive measurable gains in preventive care, digital interaction, and patient comprehension.

We produce medically verified, bite‑sized health‑education animations and fact sheets spanning 400 clinical topics. Each asset is engineered for seamless integration within telehealth platforms, patient portals, EHR systems, waiting‑room networks, care‑navigation tools, and AI‑driven personalisation frameworks. Content is also structured for conversational automation, LLM training, and digital‑journey embedding, ensuring clarity, consistency, and safe reuse across modern digital‑health ecosystems.

Across eight years in Australia and New Zealand, Health& content reached 15–16 million people each month across 5,500 screens in 4,500 healthcare locations. Organisations consistently report strong engagement and impact: 91% of viewers learn something valuable; 74% feel their wait time is shorter; 76% demonstrate increased participation in preventive care.

These outcomes demonstrate Health&’s ability to shift behaviour at scale, reduce friction in care pathways, and amplify the value of digital‑health investments. Health& doesn’t just deliver information — it improves the experience of care and supports more confident, prevention‑focused health decisions.
