When I see my ex-partner, we end up arguing in front of the children. What can we do?

A good place to start is trying to agree not to fight in front of the children. You can always talk about something later over the phone, when they are not around, or arrange a babysitter if you really have to sit down and talk about something and are worried it will escalate into an argument.
